Hi my name is Hannah, I'm 17 and I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer) in my hips, pelvis and lungs on1st May this year, the day after my 17th birthday. I started on chemo on the 21st may after I had had a biopsey in Birmingham to find out the exact type of cancer I had. Whilst on my second cycle of chemo my pain was still excruciating & the Drs finally decided to rescan only to find the tumour had grown and spread further. Since then we have started a new course of chemo & daily radiotherapy in the hope to help with pain. I am so determined to get back to the thing I have always loved most in life - eventing my horses. We live in hope.
